VERT is the Buy Back blocker IMHO. VERT has such a high bid share that no one can get in front and get shares @.0001 IMHO!!! HCPC has most likely negotiated a deal with MM's to buy back at .0002 giving the MM's 100% return and as a favor the MM's (VERT) will not allow the stock to fall back to .0001 causing panic and investor worries. I think the company is just about ready to let er rip when they get finished with their business first. As usual everything IMHO!!!!!
