I'm a little surprised there hasn't been more commentary about this here. Can anyone recall if there is any similar recent history here? The timing is soooo intriguing to me.

Seems to me it's either a very bullish sign or very piggish move. In the very short term, I am going to give the benefit of the doubt here and call it bullish. My mind will change very quickly, however, if we do not see at least one major licensee in the next couple of weeks.
