Good post from Yahoo which I agree with. However, the extension won't be looked on as good news.

"Regarding the filing date. It is my understanding that this is a tough audit since it is the first time the auditors have done international books with Russia. And it is a critical audit. Many eyes are waiting for the auditor's statement -Most probably the NASD, potential alliance partners, finance and investment firms. So the audit must be pristine. It is possible that the year end filing is delayed due to the fact this is the first Russian audit for the company's auditors. In which case, should they miss the 3/31 filing deadline they will have an automatic 2 week extension. I am not saying that they will miss. Just that should that occur, it would be understandable, and the auditors would have another 2 weeks to complete and have the company file to be in compliance"
