HALO was created out of a blind pool. There was no IPO..This thing was a penny for years..then a reverse..and now the big hype cause some guy from West Virginia doesnt care if he loses 36 millions..To paraphrase his discussion of investing in Forbes

I prefer it to charity..But they're not all winners...
