Regarding your GOOG-inspired expertise, "Zm," I've been an analyst for eight years. I've led investors to many more potential winners than losers, but I certainly have had losers. They are, unfortunately, inevitable. It's the losers, however, that remind me to be more concerned with what I don't know than what I think I do know.

The two stocks you mentioned -- GDVE and CYLC -- are, ostensibly, two examples. In fact, they are one.

I was simply wrong about GDVE. Many, many months after repelling a concerted effort by naked short sellers and being deposed by the SEC regarding my successful campaign, I discovered the company's product claims were fraudulent. I immediately fed this information to contacts at the SEC. I do not know the status of the agency's investigation.

CYLC was part of an attempt to unmask a stock spammer based in Vancouver. It is an ongoing effort.

I've never owned shares in companies that I've covered as an analyst and outside agitator, and have only just begun life as shareholder value activist and consultant. I have one client. I've fired a handful and turned away scores.

The truth is simple, Zm, but the whole truth is not always available through a Google search.
