hmmmmm imo there is no lender... they sold the p.shares to get the money to hold the loans.

per relmholdingsinc.com:

"Both projects have closed on the first phase of financing totally $682,400,000 using convertible preferred stock of the Lender, which is a commonly controlled company"

Lender = HCPC
