A lot of possiblities exist such as extended fruitless negoitations that have stalemated. Perhaps ERHE low share price is an issue in determining relative valuations for buy in, buy out or "portfolio swapping".

An increase in stock price will certainly make ERHE's negotiating position better. Also would make the discussed dollars per share and share swap ratios more palatable to shareholders of a buying company. I am hoping someone putting the Flash Player presentation together just liked the slide of the attractive lady doing the presentation, and assumed the board was unreadable. Anything else, with the SEC watching, would be a clear case of stock manipulation. One of my concerns from the beginning of this analysis. Don't believe we open at .50, but I bet we see price and volume increase in the AM. We will see if it is sustainable.
