Sir
They effected a reverse split on Nov. 15 2007 50:1
This reduced the o/s shares to roughly 11.4 mil.
They have increased the o/s 42 fold since then.
In 4 Months
478,358,571 Do you really consider that to be minor dilution?
Small,small dilution?
I will admit that it can't drop much more.
I believe they knew this wasn't working out in the middle of 2007, but they kept up the fairy tale to allow new shareholders to pay off as much of the debt as they could get away with.

Without another reverse they could not have paid off the debt with Dutchess, there wern't enough shares left.
I really don't wish you any ill, I hope you do make a profit, but please don't for one minute delude yourself that this company will ever take shareholder value into any equation they consider. They have proven through at least 3 reverse splits that investors are merely a tool to be exploited.
I have backed up every statement I have made about this company with facts and filings, I've read every one since I bought in (I like to call it black Monday)
