They can but if they aren't on the board, I will pick up the slack. Look, AWYI is a solid company but the stock isn't in good shape.

Dilution, poor management, manipulation, and short selling are 4 major hurdles that AWYI is currently facing. When those 4 problems are addressed, then and only then, will I think about making an investment.

IMHO.
