I can tell you this, in the PR that announces the deal is done, Galo better come up with some darn good wording to get this puppy jumping. He better tell us what the revenues are and so forth. This deal has taken soooooooo long that he has turned off investors who would be buying this thing.

He PR should read

BIH Corporation is pleased to announce we have closed the acquisition of BAron International. We are also pleased to announce that BIH Corps projected 2008 revenue is $60,000,000. That means our share price should be somewhere in the range of .20-.35. If the PPS doesn't get up there we will b e buying back shares.
