Actually, not only does the PR not say they are getting about the process of selling and supporting on that side of the pond, it doesn't even say a word about trying to set up networks that did not already exist when Unwin was its own entity. It says they bought a company and have taken appropriate legal measures to officially build on the UK roots of what they bought.

Lets say I bought a company in the UK. Would I throw out all the infrastructure that the UK entity had in place? I'm at a bit of a loss here in grasping what exactly Spooz, by buying Unwin, should do with the existing relationships and such-like that Unwin presumably had in place at the time of the buy-out by Spooz. Am I understanding our constant critics to be suggesting that the intelligent thing for Spooz to have done, upon buying Unwin, would have been to NOT leverage what Unwin had in place over there?

I mean, the PR does not announce selling activities are underway in the UK, yet Spooz is criticized anyway. The PR lays out actions that show Spooz intends to build on the foundation that is in place in the UK, but since Spooz is receiving criticism for even that, the only logical conclusion I can reach is that some people actually believe the intelligent thing would have been to have jettisoned everything Unwin ever did in the UK. Either that or some people are going to criticize Spooz no matter what it does. Imagine that... :o))

Between you and me and the wall, if Spooz hadn't taken measures to be 100% legal in the UK, that's what I'd have been criticizing them for, thank you very much.
