Montgriz: I don't think you have to worry about the price dropping below the $3 figure you saw in AMEX disqualifying SEVU. The first section of their "requirements" says...

Sec. 101. GENERAL

The approval of an application for the listing of securities is a
matter solely within the discretion of the Exchange. To assist
companies interested in applying for listing, the Exchange has
established certain numerical guidelines, outlined below, which will
be considered in evaluating listing eligibility. Other factors which
will also be considered include the nature of a company's
business, the market for its products, the reputation of its
management, its historical record and pattern of growth, its
financial integrity, its demonstrated earning power and its future
outlook.

The fact that an applicant may meet the Exchange's numerical
guidelines does not necessarily mean that its application will be
approved. On the other hand, an application may be approved
even though the company does not meet all of the numerical
guidelines.

It looks to me like their requirements are RULES if they want to reject an application, but only GUIDELINES they can waive if they want you in.

JMHO, What do you think?
