Well, with the new share structure, I am more relieved. The increased OS is upsetting (even if it is restricted), but not surprising since it was a given that the company would need money to continue operations.

EI should take a couple more steps to further entice potential shareholders: 1) state the terms of the restriction -- it would suck to find out the restriction only lasts until uplisting is compelted. 2) state sales revenue for February.

Finally, it would SUCK to find out that NAR got those restricted.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, I am still suspicious that the company is involved somehow with the crazy number of shares traded. If nothing else, then someone at least got a tip off from the company about the contents of today's PR, IMO.
