I have been appointed moderator of this board.

1. I will be updating the ibox. It will contain neutral information about the company including public information whether positive or negative, press releases, SEC filings, and other verifiable items. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Include a link to the information.

2. The rules of posting are the standard ihub TOUs. To be clear, no personal attacks or questioning motives. I will delete resembling an attack or a "why are you here." There will not be messages such as, "You don't own the stock," or "I think you're the CEO."

3. I understand SGLS is involved with bringing other companies public. This does not mean there's carte blanche to go off topic. Be sure your message ties into SGLS. For instance, it's perfectly acceptable to discuss the impact of the Revenge Designs dividend, but don't backdoor SPAM us with "Revenge Designs up .004 today."

4. As stated, I am interested in neutral information. Your messages will not be deleted based on whether they are positive or negative. If I delete your message, it is probably because you discussed people who post instead of the company.

5. Instant deletion criteria: "Basher(s)," "pumper(s)," etc., when used to discuss the subscribers and posters.
