I will give you that point and agree. If I knew in heart that a company's magmt's intent was to have a personal checking account at shareholder expense, I would not waste my time here or anywhere else debating things I can only specualte on.

My point...ADCS shell has a past where management did not bring value to the shareholder. New Mgmt can do nothing about that, other than
take control, which has happened
Set up a contact system for concerns 419-224-2327 leave VM
Clean corp closets ASAP. PA default judg. set asise/vacated
secure funding so the BP can be implemented
Build an exec team to hold the CEO accountable- in progress

All of this was within the last 3 weeks. I am sorry for the old shareholders experience. But just like I have no one to blame when I am on the wrong side of the Pork Bellie trade and loose my shirt I don't go screaming at the floor brokers or the industry. When I loose it is because I did not educate myself to a level to allow me to play. Pinkies are NON reporting. That is the system I have 2 choices...Learn the game and take my chances or go play another game I understand better.
