It's possible. To be classified 'SOFISTICATED' you need a net worth of a cold $1Million. ASSUME, you make a deal to buy 10M shares at .02, Eric gets $200,000. Try to sell 10M shares when the pps is at .03, (and make 100,000) and the price drops to .01. any you make nothing. THINK ABOUT IT. You hold those sales till the price is .05 and lots of people are buying, and you sell them slowly, so the price does not drop.
