OK now I am excited. Heck $75K is nothing and if I jump on this one I will pay it if needed. But I think CC has much more money than I do. So I am not to worried about the potential litigations which in IMHO will go away now they are being defended. Takes money and lawyers on both sides I think.Can you just imagine a CC lawyer even getting a phone call to settle a small case like this. The phone probably doesn't even ring for less than 7 figures.
