3.It was PRed that the company had Mutli-million Dollar contacts waiting, when will those be announced?/////////////////////////////////////////////// Im advised very soon . Several weeks there about. Up till now the Only thing being announce is spending money/Shares./////////////////// What was spent? Please elaborate?

4. Is the company going to be a checkmark or higher? /////////////////////////// I have not been advised of thatthose intentions. There may be other business plans the company is looking at which would make the checkmark status a moot point.

5. Is there going to be an awareness campaign? ////////////////////// Yes very soon. Our IR firm is quarterbacking this.

6. Does the company have any bites on the 2 shells and when might that happen?/////////////////////////// Yes on bites we in IR have not been advised of the closing date.

7. Would we get shares of stock for these companies?///////////////////////// That depends on how the deal is structured. We meaning MONA (IFGX) Yes usually gets a %. Will we divident that ous as it was done before with TLGP that decision has not been made

8. Is the company looking at any other forms of business? ///////////////////////// No just our core business financing and beverage control.

9. The most ask about, drug out, pain and argumentive thing on my board is, when is the divy going to be in their accounts and is it going to be restricted?/////////////////////////// That task is in the hands of the transfer agent. They are waiting for a symbol change and new certs from NASD before they can send them out. It should take 10-14 weeks we are told. Again this is out of our hands.


after Garr said it wasn't going to be, just the shares that Goodlife would get. And yes I understand this is a different company, I also understand the structure of this and the last company and there are many in both.////////////////////// OK
