HACKETTS IS OWNED BY SEAWAY..

WELLS FARGO GAVE HACKETTS THE LOAN, NOT SEAWAY...

OUR PPS is effected by SEAWAY's Finacing and our SUBSIARIES performace (hacketts is generating value through a value/groth investor not a bunch of VC funding like SEAWAY is getting..)
