ENCINITAS, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 20, 2008 -- GOLD ROCK HOLDINGS, INC. (Other OTC:GRHI.PK - News) announced today that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the patent rights to Z-MIX, a patented cementitious building material to be used by Z-MIX HOMES, INC.

GOLD ROCK HOLDINGS, INC. presently consists of three existing subsidiaries: Z-MIX HOMES, INC., Composite Industries, Inc., and Renewable Energy Resources, LLC. The Company is currently seeking financing for each of its subsidiaries
