There will be a reverse split, no doubt about, we may as well brace ourselves,I have already heard from an insier that the company is already planning to do it in order to increase shareholder value and company value. But I do not care how you reverse split and what kind of an excuse the company give for doing it. The bottom line is that once you lose your millions of shares for "lets say 250 to 1 reverse split, you will then only have 4000 shares shares. Right now in the company, a million shares is selling for .0001=$100, if you do a 250 to 1 reverse split and turn that million into 4000 shares for .0001, then that 4000 is only worth 0.4, therefore the shareholder is the one that looses, I don't care how mr.urban will portray future growth projections for the company, the bottom line is that a million shares is far better than four thousand. When a reverse split happens, who normally makes the money? you guessed it right, the company and not the small investor. The company has too many o/s not to do a reverse split, face it we are in trouble. We have spent spent hundreds of dollars, if not thousands on a stock that will shortyly be worth only single digits. This reverse split will happen in Two Weeks, God forbid they do a 500 to 1 split.
