I see the conversion of drycleaners in the US as a HUGE revenue stream. If we can convert a few percent of the 35000 dry cleaners and ship to them, then that's comparable to the retail portion we focus upon. The revenue from serving INDUSTRY is staggering. I am sure Rocket can get solid numbers.

But if we use estimates from http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release.do?id=814725&k=wnbd
then we can make a guess. From that article, the opening revenue from that is 20k USD. Let's cut it in half to lowball the estimate -- giving reoccuring revenue of 10k USD. Now if we take FIVE PERCENT of the 35000 drycleaners in the US, we ger reoccuring revenue of:

(0.05*35000)*10000 = 17.5M USD

now add that into Rocket's numbers and we hit the goals laid out by the company in no time flat. But the thing to keep in mind is that the conversion of dry cleaners will take some time and each one will generate addition order, shipping, and revenue.

So, I see the dry cleaning industry as a major factor in our valuation considering the fact that PERC (their main chemical) is slowly being phased out:

News Article Concerning the US in this Post:

First 100% Wet Cleaning Plant Opens on U.S. Gulf Coast
Sharp Increase of Interest in Solvent Free Solutions™ by Dry Cleaners, Consumers

(March 23, 2007) Barrie, Ontario, Canada - Winning Brands Corporation (WNBD.PK) www.WinningBrands.ca announces that residents of the U.S. Gulf Coast gain access next week to professional garment cleaning using 100% Wet Cleaning instead of Perchloroethylene, the traditional Dry Cleaning solvent. Diamond Cleaners of Naples, Florida is the latest in a growing number of installations where Smart™ Wet Cleaning Solutions and specified hardware are used to replace Perc entirely.

An unofficial opening during the week of March 26th, will precede a formal April launch. The brand new facility has been under construction for several months in the Bellagio Shoppes complex on 91st Avenue North in Naples. Jim Giddings of Solvent Free Solutions notes that the location of a brand new garment care facility among other retailers in a plaza/mall environment is good news for the Dry Cleaning industry. “Restrictions are increasing on leasing of space to Dry Cleaners if they use Perc. By going 100% Wet Cleaning, that problem goes away” says Giddings.

George Loney, who is overseeing the final installation of the system notes that 100% Wet Cleaning is gaining the confidence of consumers serviced by Solvent Free Solutions™ “Diamond Cleaners of Naples will do everything that traditional Dry Cleaners do, including wedding gowns and more” says Loney. “In an affluent market like Naples, you have to be able to clean the finest garments.” The Perc Dry Cleaners who have installed Solvent Free Solutions™ are reported to appreciate the “one system approach” to dealing with Perc issue, improved garment results and improved profitability .
