Does that mean that 27% is not available to daytraders and investors? And by default, does that mean that 5,940,000 shares are not available to the public? (27% of 22M) Moreover, does that mean that the float really has only 16,060,000 shares available?
Just curious because if that were true then I would own 4.3% of the float. (700k shares) Ha!
