The key to what is going on...

lies in the Transfer Agent:

I have done DD for days, but cannot find any info on them, a contact number, or information on Lisa Witmer.

My guess is a they are getting some serious funding to implement their system but they sure don't want anyone to know who it is...

I will keep digging this weekend...
