hello sled, I'm not picking on u but ur post was on the subject of the day. Someone is selling big time .
Personally I, also, think it's spooz. Even hoping it is. Cause if it isnt then spooz's shares will be coming on the market next. They increased their O/S for a reason and i dont believe they are all going to employees. It would also explain Spooz's infatuation with PRs all of a sudden. Hopefully they save plenty of juicy PRs for AFTER they are done selling. Persnally i would look at this as a good apportunity to average down or a good entry point for new comers.

An aside to Martingale whos been in contact with the TA regularly, Howmany shares have hit the market since the A/S increase ?
