Aero Performance Products, Inc. Announces Additional Domestic and International Distribution for Aero Exhaust Products

SOUTH JORDAN, UT, Feb 07, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Aero Performance Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AERP), which operates Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced additional U.S. and international distribution for Aero Exhaust products, including a new distributor in Europe, the company's first distributor in South America, preparations for distribution to retail locations in Japan, as well as a new product distributor that has placed an order for Alaska.
Aero manufactures and distributes the most technologically advanced muffler on the market. Its product lines are built to the highest industry standards and offer the consumer a lifetime warranty.
The new distributor in Europe, Stingray R&T, Ltd., located in Bratislava, Slovakia, has placed its initial order and is currently selling Aero products. On the strength of its expanding patent protection on the continent, Aero has launched a European expansion strategy, with distribution already established in the United Kingdom and additional distribution agreements pending in several other EU countries. Aero has received preliminary approval from the European Patent Office for the patent application on Aero's product technology in 18 European countries.
Aero's first distributor in South America is located in Chile where products have been ordered for use in diesel fleet applications. The company expects future sales and orders of significant size through this distributor as its reach expands into multiple South American countries. Fleet applications, including commercial trucks and buses, are seen as a growth area for Aero due to the fuel efficiency aspects of its products. Potential fuel savings are an attractive feature of Aero products due to the fuel cost burden for fleet operators.
Sample products have been delivered for a group seeking to open distribution through automotive supply retail outlets in Japan.
Domestically, Aero has established a distribution relationship with Performance Products of Alaska, based in Anchorage, Alaska. This distributor adds to the existing relationships that Aero has established in the U.S. markets, including major regional warehouse distributors Allied Exhaust, the largest independent warehouse distributor of automotive exhaust in the country with 16 distribution centers spanning 18 western states. Other major U.S. regional warehouse distributors for Aero products include Full Line Exhaust of Dothan, Alabama, Franks Supply Co. of Houston, Texas and Wynne Exhaust of Wynne, Arkansas. The company has recently announced new distributor relationships in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Texas.
U.S. distribution, both through regional distributors and individual dealers and shop locations, is managed by an in-house national sales manager with regional sales managers responsible for territories where they have established relationships and experience in the exhaust supply market.
Aero is also preparing for the start of the U.S. racing season. Aero Exhaust mufflers are an exclusive NASCAR Performance Product and carry the prestigious NASCAR brand on products, packaging and related media. NASCAR legend and network racing broadcaster Rusty Wallace is the official spokesperson for Aero Exhaust products.
