rupert, what do you think of the 2004 stock option plan, and will you vote for it or against it? I am bothered by the fact it specifically leaves the vesting period up to the compensation committee, which can lead to abuses when they really want to get an employee. It's like a signing bonus in sports - the owners start to get foolish.
