Troubling response from LinCare. I sent an email to LinCare this morning via the contact us page on their website. I received the following reply (my email is appended to the end). I don't know what to make of this. The response came back very quickly, usually these types of inquiries are simply ignored or responded to with a non-answer, but I find it hard to believe the press release was erroneous. Perhaps it is just a misunderstanding of some type? I've also sent an email to Mr. Sand asking for an explanation, but have not yet received a reply.

Dear Mr. Devotie:
No such agreement exists, and Lincare was not a party to the press release you are inquiring about.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Subject: Lincare-Contact-Us
Hello, I am an investor in a pink-sheet company called Ingen Technologies. They make, among other things, a product called Oxyview, which is an oxygen flow-rate meter. Yesterday, Ingen issued a press release announcing a distribution agreement with LinCare. Here is an excerpt from that release:
Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IGTG - News), a medical device manufacturer, announced today that it has engaged an Oxyview(r) purchase agreement with Lincare Corporation for their more than 1000 locations in the United States. Scott Sand, CEO and Chairman, states; "Lincare Corporation approved the US delivery of Oxyview(r) on January 16, 2008. Since Thursday last week we have sent out a fax-blast to all of the Lincare locations, and recently started receiving the first 6 purchase orders for 6 of their locations. Each order is for 10 or more units. We are expecting to deliver over a million units each
year to Lincare patients. This would represent more than $8M in annual revenues for Ingen Technologies."
Can you confirm a distribution agreement has been reached between Ingen and Lincare for the Oxyview product, and the scope of that agreement?
Sincerely,
N. L. Devotie
