There isn't one thing this family says that you can take as being sincere or truthful at this point. Shameful behavior. To keep others from un-restricting their stock so they can at least have something out of this disaster, while the one responsible cashes in, is a crime. Hey Jim, er Beemer, can't wait to hear more tid bits about the Vegas situation you seem to have inside information on. Maybe you and Lady Pathfinder can tell us about the Avalon Hotel location that was having signs delivered 3 months ago. Hey, what about Atlanta and the partnership between Bob Fidler and C. Connor. Or hey, how about the locations in California to be open before the end of the year. Maybe the website will have that information as soon as it is finished... three months ago. How about the Austin location that was minutes away from opening months ago? I don't even want to get into the "letter to shareholders' or as it has come to be known, the Big Book of Lies.' Beemer was right, this is an entrepreneur we will read about in books - as a case history of the worst possible job of running a business with millions of dollars of investment into the ground and screwing everyone associated with it. On the best day of your life JV, you still wouldn't be the person any of the people you screwed are.
Not to be negative or anything....IMO
