Chris, I was talking about the fact when XXIS really starts trading based on the new business. What I meant is that while the share price was at 5 dollars and more and while I came out and predicted 5 cents there were some here who thought that 5 dollars is a real trading price and I tried to explain that XXIS is not trading yet as the new "entity" and that we will see 5 cents as soon as that happens which will happen shortly. That's why I refer to "IPO" because the old shell has nothing to do with the new business and that's why it wasn't indicative as to what the share price will be once it really starts trading which it won't before they announce it.
