I dont remember how much additional capacity it could support.The original plan was to add more bio-reactors later in the building connected to the current facility.The systems were run over to the wall on the left as looking in from the front door and capped for future use.We commonly do this on buildings when we do the original buildout.I was involved with the heating,cooling,and ventalation of the facility.It would still take a lot of money to expand because it must be constructed like a clean room type building which is very costly.All the air in critical areas must be completed changed out and filtered thru heppa filters quite often and is kept 99.99% pure at all times.The one thing that always bothered me about Avid is that I dont think they have earthquake insurence on it.If a big quake was to hit,it could be a major problem for us shareholders as I see it.
