If my memory serves my correctly, I believe that the short position on TOUSA when it got delisted from NYSE was about 12 millions shares. In less than 2 months, the shorts covered 50% of their short position while institutions and others sold at loss because of NYSE delisting and BK risk. I believe shorts will continue to cover as long as TOUSA pps remains at BK level and no news.

CFC got bought out by BoA. Maybe TOUSA could get bought out also, right?
