Hey Fire, happy holidays! sounds like you are already pretty "happy" = hope the feelings last once you're sober. I got into this because of the upstate connections and thought that Tom was a right-on guy. Now circumstances have changed for me - almost a life/death deal and I need the money out of this but am stuck in holding a few bags. So I can only hope that Tom is not sending us up the river for a perceived "greater good" of financing Agrifuels at our expense. I thought the dilution would turn out okay because Tom was going to bring something really big into SWVC. But what if he just used us to clean up GS debt and make himself the deal to own agrifuels privately? It has happened in far more high=profile companies than this one. Well, we wait to hear of the big acquisition and hope we haven't been screwed by Tom's personal ambition. You guys who are more in the know can weigh in on this at any time, and if I get as wasted as you are I may fire off an email to Tom about what is at stake for his SWVC shareholders who believed he was honest. I'd seek him out if I thougt he was up in Goveneur, but I suspect he is enjoying his Florida digs during this cold, gray upstate holiday week. Good luck to SWVC guys!
