Question to the board. Is there any benefit for PAVC or TCHH or even the shareholders for a lower PPS befor the merger takes place? I don't believe it and I don't think so. What or who is pulling down the PPS? I believe it's not the exchange to prefered restricted shares. Any comments? TIA
