Gibber...lets not forget in the DEC 10 NR they stated..
The company intends to provide further information prior to year end on these and other endeavors which the Company has developed in 2007

so there may still be some clarifaction forthcoming...what is really peaking my interest is this JV with Atomenergomash (AEM) ,if they are spending $500 million dollars in 2008 then they must be antisipating some huge contracts,and the fact they want someone from Atoll to be Chief of Operations tells me that Atoll isn t just a small subcontractor,with the build out of capasity and move to a larger building along with these 2 aquisitions they just might surpirse us all,i was surprised with the 3rd quarter being so close to 2nd Q,with the move and holidays i expected revenues to be down considerably,the 4th Q numbers followed by the first Q will be very important to see how Atoll is handling the growth..

This JV sounds interesting as well....NNRF and ECNC have agreed to form an equal joint venture in January 2008. NNRF and ECNC hope to secure a significant portion of this $1.4 billion container budget.

I am thinking with all the follow up meetings in Russia at the end of Dec we should get another decent update soon.
