No I'n not. Because there are so little information to even consider a position. We don't have any news or good rumor. There was a rumor weeks ago about the hearing that if positive could have rised the pps but we have no info so far on this situation. I don't even know if an answer is expected from the court because it was only a hearing.(I dont'know Us laws because I am a stranger).
A positive solution for the company could have focused the attention of investors on this stock.
