The current state of affairs is more than discouraging to say the least, and I certainly don’t want to defend Frank and his complete disregard for shareholders and shareholder value. But I would like to share a bit of information I have come across. It is small, and perhaps meaningless, but I will share it anyhow.
I made a few phone calls to some specific cable companies. The information I was looking for was difficult to come by to say the least, and most of what was discussed will not be displayed here, but I will say this; one of the questions asked of me was “ Do you have anything you would like to tell me about TTN that could sway our decision one or another?” I was very surprised by that question; and whether it implies that TTN is actually in serious talks with that Cable Company is something everyone here will have to decide for themselves, because it could, in fact, mean nothing at all.
Through a mutual friend I found out that the studio itself has been dramatically spruced up; at least compared to what it appeared to look several years ago……very professional looking now. It certainly doesn’t give the appearance of company about to go under, but then appearances can be deceiving.
I know this isn’t much, but it’s information I wanted to share. Perhaps it will give some solace to the current shareholders…..perhaps not.
Lastly: the center of our current problem is the constant dumping of shares into the market, and not the lack of news. There are, in fact, many pink sheet companies out there who go for long periods of time without news but still maintain a consistent share price. We would probably be in the 3-cent range now if not for all the new shares thrown in the mix. I kept saying Frank is the one dumping, but Frank maintains that it is simply shares owed for services given and these shares are being converted and sold without any regard for what the company may accomplish in the near future.
That’s all I have. The first two are facts verified by me; the last one about the increase in shares comes from Frank, so take it for what it’s worth.
