Southern Cosmetics, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SHCM) is pleased to announce that NASDAQ has received the necessary documentation to process the name change for Southern Cosmetics, Inc. to Revenge Designs Inc.

This corporate action will take effect at the open of business 12/18/2007. The new symbol on this date will be RVGD.
