DOW down almost 300 pts after the rate cut. TOUS and all other builders/financial stocks were down big times after the rate cut too. It's a good time to add if you want to bet on the proposed amendment No. 2 getting signed before the new year, Looks like TOUSA is less likely to file for Ch. 11 protection as they are and have been working hard to get the loans reinstated. IHMO, good news will come later this week or next week on loans reinstatements.
