As everyone ( except you and mmmary ) seems to know, ECNC's management failed to follow my recommendations and referrals to several huge domestic opportunities to apply their eCash technology - and they subsequently evaporated.

...everyone who consulted to ECNC was given an operative title of "...Director of...". Manny Vavolizza, for instance, was Director of Wall Street Relations prior to becoming a direct employee of the company. And, there were 1/2-dozen other Director of's working on other corporate subjects.
