By game-changer, do they mean that instead of the game being, "Deliver the best product and win," AMD is now playing, "Get it out as fast and as crappy as you can in order to make a PR statement?"

In that case, then yes, Barcelona is a game changer. But fortunately, Intel isn't playing the same game.
