Exactly, but what are the violations and what were the dates these acts were committed? The only dates we have to work with are the dates when government agencies interjected themselves into our business. They have done this, pilfering our offices and subsequently asking for additional information (which Luca indicates we are cooperating fully by giving it to them), and then not charging ERHE, or any of its principals, with even a moving violation. We had no bribe monies until the PSAs and can argue strongly that any finder fees were just that. If fees turn out to be other than what we were told they were then it is the Feds job to prove we knew otherwise (wink - wink). To date it looks like the Feds know they have painted themselves into a corner and have to wait for the paint to dry before they slink away.
