Something makes no sense. OK, maybe a few things.
If the company has trouble making payroll, AND there are contracts in hand, AND they are selling shares to make payroll, then you would think they would be anxious to announce to bring in more money with a higher share price.
So, either they are not selling off for payroll and they have cash, and someone else is, OR there are no contracts in hand.
And if they are not selling off, who is? And where would their cash come from with virtually zero revenue that we know of, and the fact they may have budgetted expenses based on 25million revenue.

I hate it when something stinks in Denmark.
