Another Big after hours sale

A big percentage of this volume has been after hours. Why are they being done just after 4PM?

348200 @ 0.0502 yesterday at 16:08
145600 @ 0.0486 today at 16:06

I think last Friday was the same but my time & sales can't see back that far. Are these sales between market makers? Hey Engr are you still around?
