What i see in my business (financial service/tech) is a snowball picking up steam as we begin the journey down the hill. This is NOT the end of the journey but the beginning. Yes there is reluctance to spend on anything--jobs & tech but the legacy stuff being used is starting to break--infrastructure, pcs as well as large competitors already started the improvement process, so no choice. I just replace my windows 98 clod of a pc because i had too. My daughter has a gateway--also 98 that continues to crash. I may have to treat her to a new one. My small to medium size clients ordering like mad. 6 straight weeks down on naz, time to buy. mike
