u really don't know the answer......first there are a ton of uncollected fines handed out by the SEC......i assume that has more to do with the SEC not having much power in collecting the fines as to say they just to lazy to do it.....second GTEM could always tie it up in court for many many yrs if they don't like it......weren't u the one that posted the other case.......they just now got to the court making a ruling.....then u got the whole appeals process.....i would suspect GTEM is either a success or a bust by then......and third this is the most important......the ins will pay for it.....funny how u seem to forget simple stuff.
