I read an article on him in the NY Times and about his background in making money in the energy field and became a billionaire. He has started a hedge fund and is looking at getting the Russian gov't to start investing the 130B they have from the oil revenues. He worked in the gov't if I understood correctly investing the russian surplus. I was just wondering if people anything about him. google him and read it is interesting.
