that really wasn't what everyone was complaining about.....BoNY did not buy back the shares it mistakenly shorted right away......it bought them back the day after a NY post story came out that blasted the company......iow look at the 7 days after the incident....its quite clear what went on......at this point it only matters if u were actually trading during the time......clearly that did NOT cuz the problems GTEM now faces.....what the complaint was about that if BoNY had to cover without the help of the NY post.....it could have easily driven the price over $2......iow BoNY would have lost alot of money if not for the NY post......given there are now a couple lawsuits against hedge funds claiming this very issue.....it only really matters as far as integrity of the market is concerned.......not really why GTEM is here......it would be here reqardless if NY post never wrote about GTEM.
