uh a reverse stock split does NOT raise money or anything.....it only changes the price of shares cuz it reduces the amount of shares.....it does NOT change market cap in any shape or form.......considering what huff sold those shares for(printing of shares as u call it)....and the current price they going for....and the price they were going for before he took over.....i would call what huff did a master stroke of genuis....can u imagine the OS had he sold the shares down here.....like i said i made alot of money when huff was CEO....and so did alot of other people.....and yea i'm sure alot lost.....but if GTEM becomes a success....then those that lost will be the losers that didn't have the patience to wait it out....the book is NOT writen yet......if GTEM fails...most of the blame will end up at joes feet.....right or wrong thats how history will see it.....joe cooked the books....huff will be seen as the aloof CEO......if GTEM succeeds......huff gets the credit for buying hotzone and sanswire....and getting GTEM out of debt......if he didn't get it out of debt when he did....and in the grand scheme of things it was a very small window.....GTEM would be toast....the preffered SH would now own hotzone and sanswire.....not us......in a way u are correct this is huffs mess......however despite GTEM having a smaller market cap then it did(and thats just this point in time.....it has spent most of the time above)......it has NO debt and much better prospects.....when the final chapter is written......i bet huff comes out smelling like a rose......not saying he deserves to....just that is how history will see it......huff the hero.....joe the crook......uli the moron.
