There is a bid and ask Last sale yesterday was at the ask of .0027. And today someone sold at the bid of .0021 There are no retail buyers in between if you knew there was a overhang of about 500 million shares would you be a buyer? The annual low will be tested very soon, Lets all just hope that the CEO knew what he was talking about when he called for .02 by the end of the year. There had to be a reason why he said it NO?
